Said they were Scottish power and asked who I was with. I said they should know as I was with Scottish power - after a short pause she said that they don't have existing customers on their database yeah right!!!

Very rude man on the other end, who talked over me, and refused to give his name. When I said I didn't accept unsolicited calls, he said that actually I did, as I had signed up to it. When I asked to speak to his line manager to complain, he said yes, hold on a minute and then hung up. If he's really from Scottish Power, then their customer service training is sadly lacking.
