I was involved in tax evasion and gave me two choices : 1) Clear the issue outside court 2) being arrested straight away and go to prisson. When I kind of say "Do you want me to pay the £2600 fine over the phone, right? she said No... you can go to the bank now and pay. At this point now I though it was scam and I said OK let me first check if you are who you say you are and I will call you back.... then she just hanged up on me. I checked google the number 0300 200 33 66 and found out that it was really a scam. Be careful out there. They sound very convincing.

they put me through a man saying I was involved in tax evasion and wanted my details, when I started asking questions he hanged up on me!

Said i was a victim of fraud to press 1 to hear the case. Hang up (Robocall) reported by


it was one of them automated machines telling me i was a victim of fraud and that if i wanted to hear my case i was to press 1. i hanged up admittedly and then blocked the number. HMRC don't call you so i knew it was a scam.
