a letter was sent with this number on claiming that I owed £100 in tax from 2014, when the number was called it sounded official with automated responses but the man that answered claimed he was from HMRC and they were fining me £100 for non payment of tax, this is not how HMRC recover outstanding tax amount they must sent a P800 form or a tax allowance review letter with all details of the unpaid amount, this number is now out of action
