constantly calling, will not leave details on my voicemail about who they are or what they want. They've been hounding me for weeks but I steadfastly refuse to pick up their call, based on what the other people on this site are saying! Marked this as an unsolicited call rather than a nuisance call because until such time as they leave me a message, I have no idea what they want!!!

Cold call claiming to be from Cisco. He was polite and after I told him we have a few years left on a subscription based security system, he thanked me and we hung up. Not sure if they will continue to call after that, but he wasn't obnoxious about the call.

Endless cold calls pretending to be Cisco, HP etc... will not stop calling despite numerous requests to be removed from their list.
