Presumably they are debt collectors as they stated the name of the person they wanted to speak but said it was a "personal business matter". Erm, it's either one or the other, it can't be both. Pressed 1, but was on hold waiting for the first "customer service agent" to become available. Nah, either be ready to talk or don't bother.

A robot told me there is a case against me and soon the police will be recalled unless I press 1, after pressing 1 you go to a foreign call centre where they want all kinds of info from you that no normal caller would ask for.. Blocked and reported to my phone provider...

NON-STOP HARASSMENT! It goes off if you try and answer and talk, just cuts off. Yet they call me all times of the day. I work night shifts and its starting to affect my whole life now.

Yes CCS appear to be a legitimate Debt collector. Saying they operate on behalf of Customs and Revenues. But cannot tell me when I havent paid or for who. as a company our taxes are up to date and I can prove it. Do not pay them a penny. I think they are scammers.

Called several times with the same automated message. Message claims to be "CCS" although when the message should include a name and reference there is a pause rather than detail, so we have no idea who they are, who they want to speak to you or what it is regarding. Obviously a scam.
