A man with an Irish accent asked if I'd been in a car accident. (Service) reported by


A man with an Irish accent called me and asked if I'd been in a car accident. I decided to ask him some questions: He said his name was Jason Smith from Victoria Solicitors based in Manchester and that he was the owner of the company and didn't have a line manager. I asked for his number and was given 0800 284 1602 I called him back on 02081679829 and he said the company was called Liverpool Victoria. I asked if we had just been speaking and he called me a c**t a couple of times then hung up.

Called cold claiming to be from a claims management company about a not-at-fault vehicle collision. Asked whether I remembered it. When told that they have the wrong information, they hung up.
