Answered and started to tell me about my contract coming to an end. I said I was ok at the moment and he said what do you mean by that? He told me I was likely paying £20 too much for my phone contract and wondered if I wanted to upgrade or go sim only. I told him again I was alright and when I was ready to look I would. He put the phone down! Great (not) customer service skills!!!!
