Somebody with very poor English said they were calling from my sim card provider O2. I explained I'm not with O2 and he asked who I am with. I said you should know that...surprise surprise he hung up

Same number claiming to be from National Grid are now saying they are from EE and can offer me better deals on my mobile. Not even with EE.

Got very abusive when I told him, I know he wasn't from the National Grid. I put the phone down, he kept on ringing for the next 15 min to keep our line busy so customers couldn't order.

When I told him my manager office is moved, he said: "why you are lieing to me?" No any real energy provider staff allowed to talk like this. Also he was very pushy.

A GENTLEMAN CALLED SAYING IT WAS NATIONAL GRID AND THEY WANTED TO CHANGE OUR METER. ASKED LOTS OF QUESTIONS ONCE WE ASKED HOW THEY COULD PROVE IT WAS THE NATIONAL GRID THE INDIAN GENTLEMAN HUNG UP

said it was National Grid, wanted info to change meter, offered a "national grid I.D number " needed additional information, Gave a different call back number.
