These guys are demanding and self opinionated. They WILL NOT TAKE NO FAR AN ANSWER!!!. They hope that by demanding that I give them opportunities to invest on my behalf that I will acquiesce. But I WON"T! NEVER, EVER, will I trust you with 0ne cent...that's right these bird brains are calling Australia to annoy the hell out of me and probably bluster and coerce others into parting with money. Why can't they be stopped? this is not a a legitimate business activity - it is tele-marketed thievery, bullying and would be illegal within our borders and within UK borders, so these people call international to subvert the legal system. It needs to be stopped.

Suspect "Customer Service" SCAM company promoting JUNIVIVE cream (Call centre) reported by


Beware calls from this number. I cancelled my credit card after realising JUNIVIVE cream "free trial" promotion (for the initial "shipping" cost of AUD $4.95 only) was a TOTAL SCAM involving unwanted auto shipments of this unreasonably expensive and useless product every 30 days. I believe the unsolicited call from this number was to harass me about that. The so called "free trial" period for the JUNIVIVE "sample" starts from the minute you sign up for it - not from the time it actually arrives by post - usually more than 10 days later. This "sample" turns out to be a full size item that you will be charged for at full price ($136.00 or more - not even clear if AUS or US dollars plus shipping costs) as soon as the 14 day "free trial" period ends, whether or not you receive it within the 14 day "free trial" period, and then every 30 days from then on. The "customer service" is extremely poor and the process of trying to cancel the shipments and payment deductions is difficult and includes the ridiculous requirement to post back the sample item with tracking to an address in Singapore after waiting days after finally being able to contact "customer service" to receive a RMA (return mail address). Unfortunately, it's clear from product review sites and complaints to numerous financial institutions in Australia that many people tricked into signing up for the "free trial" have not even been sent the RMA and, even if offered a 50% discount when they seek to cancel, have been charged exorbitant prices on a monthly basis. The only way out of this total scam operation is to cancel your credit card as soon as possible. So please do not be tempted and stay away from so called "free trials" and auto ship scams!
