Asked me if id been in an accident (according to their records). I said "no" and waited to hear what they had to say. PAUSE. She continues to ask if the accident was mine or the other persons fault. I replied by asking if she was a real person or a recording. She/it hangs up.

Asking about a car accident I haven't had. Told them told them I lost my family in it and that the phone call just resurfaced the memories. They put me on to someone else, I said the same thing again, they responded with "that's lovely" and put the phone down.
