Illegally operating firm - I am TPS registered & work in a call firm, so am well aware these people are not following MOJ rules & regulations. Sadly, they use a "fake" number and can't be called back, so you never know the true identity of the company!

asked if I had a car accident, I said yes (to get through to the supervisor) and as she was speaking I asked if she had heard of TPS. Line went dead, strange that. Have reported the number to TPS. If you get a call, report it and we will stop them.
