I had calls from a similar number 020 7946 0370, persistently. As was mobile, I got around this by adding number to my contacts as SPAM1 and then blocking caller (found guidance on internet for my phone type). Cant prove it but is so similar a number that I think is probably related - dont enter competitions for this reason so would like to find out who SOLD my number which has obviously happened - only guess is car insurance comparision???
