The guy kept saying something about taxes and I kept asking him to introduce himself n where he is calling from.. he said I need to have 10 years of taxes ready but funny thing is he was calling on my wife's number who has never worked a day in her life.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2079460xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI, car accident / accident claims, insurance marketing - very usual mix. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?
