Some lady called from this number, sounded from far east (accent). She said I had inquired about a web development platform and that we are ready to install for you. I got **** off as i clearly knew it was a scam so I demanded her to tell me where she got my info from...as usual, she cut the phone!!!

Every couple of weeks I get a call.. I answer it (as it could be important), and it's just silence for 1 second and then hangs up. Keep blocking them but they keep calling back from different numbers. Don't know why..

Answered call, was silent, then an automated voice (sounds like asterisk voice library) said "goodbye" and the call terminated. Presumably it's scammers testing if the number is active.
