Selling boilers, solar panels and double glazing. I said no thank-you a few times and they just hung up! Don't bother to answer and block them if you can.

Recieved call today (8/9/14) regarding boiler replacement. I asked then to send me details. They insisted on sending some one round. That ain't going to happen.

Scam to evade UK liability (Scam call) reported by The Stig
First Call Solutions Group (Durban, Zuid Afrika), calling as a lead generator for Leads 2 Trade Ltd (Stockport, UK)->the registrant of 'trustedlocalsuppliers.org', the website they quote. Leads 2 Trade are a lead generating company calling on behalf of Help-Link UK Ltd (Leeds, UK). The use of a ZAR-registered entity is to evade liability when calling TPS registered numbers and ex-directory numbers (such as myself) because they think that out-of-jurisdiction lawsuits won't happen. Unlucky, I happen to be an international attorney. An angry one... Report to: www.ico.org.uk/complaints/marketing Use the WHOIS search facility at safenames.net for any website address that they give you and arrange the appointment to go the address given by the WHOIS search, if you fancy a chuckle.

This number should be a landline from London. Old story, solar panels comapy or boiler telemarketers or something very similar, they will call you asking for the house owner to offer solar solutions etc... In fact acting like telemarketers, do not answer this call. Do not rely on do-not-call registers, use the application from these pages or something similar for your mobile phone (it works fine for android, have the same on mine) - it can also block all negative numbers and you just receive a message that some call was blocked. Easy...
