Call was to upgrade telephone line from copper as this had not done for years since installation, near 30 years, told to leave, would have expected letter or genuine email to conform if genuine.

answerd call appox.4.26pm,gentman? mentioned I have asked to be diconnected, i acknowledged to this as the advisors had nothing to offer exsisting customers,he mentioned would like to check,if he could offer any offers?need to check security questions ,as soon as mention "i mentioned if he is from V M" The phone was diconnectedby customer rep.if this was a call from VM wow so much for customer service.

Virgin Media offer. Wanted info to "confirm" my eligibility (Scam call) reported by


Man with strong Swedish accent told me that he had a special offer from virgin media to upgrade my service. wanted information in order to confirm my eligibility. "Honestly, I am looking at your account right now on my computer." When call came through it had this number but listed the name of a friend, not Virgin. I hung up.

Several phone calls all sound indian, trying to sell you stuff for virgin media apparently. They ask yu to verify your details...they called you surely they have your details??? Feels scam like to me and very rude especially when you question them or interrupt their sales script

Constantly calls, I'm away on holiday with kids travelling the world so I leave my phone on for obvious reasons but these i*iots call me at all hours.
