Stated that I had taken part in National RSPB survey, then asked for my email address. Poor manner on the phone, not professional. Asked what sort of birds I saw in my garden, I said I already gave this info in the survey submitted, and because of the callers 'can't be bothered/almost laughing at me down the phone' attitude I hung up thinking it may be a prank call.

They are constantly ringing even after receiving the bird information pack after seeing the advert on the television. This is ridiculous as they have not only rang me on Sunday in the afternoon but also at 11.09pm Sunday night. Surely this is not acceptable.

I sent a text requesting a bird pack. However they didn' ask for name and address details to be posted - presumably so they can talk to you to get this and try to get you involved in some financial manner. Perhaps I am being a bit mean here. However, there are so many good charities that one cannot get involved with all. Unfortunately (or otherwise) for them I didn't hear my mobile ring. They could have left a voice message, asking for my details asI did want to take part in bird watch!

I saw an advert for a booklet from the RSPB about supporting nature in the garden... texted the number, got the booklet, followed by this call. Presumably I've given permission for them to follow up the text?

Hmm, even the Caller ID doesn't say some info, does someone know who is this? Have got a missed call from this one, don't wanna call back since I do not know the number... And as it seems also someone else was looking for the same number - people did someone answer it? Who is behind this number?

It's the rspb, if you've sent a text after seeing that ad on TV regarding making a home for animals in your garden, they'll want to get your info to send u out something in the post! Hope this helps

Be warned I still get hassled even after sending me the pack out - they are a call centre who get commission if you sign up for membership
