Contrary to the previous reviewer I actually signed up on Facebook for a free makeover and photo shoot. As I noticed the studio was in Wimbledon I changed my mind. I had a missed call from this number and the details seem to match the company. So would be careful to call it a scam call per se, but yeah, maybe the whole thing is in the category of click bait too good to be free category.

A lady called, straightaway she said do you know this person called "xyz" she recommended you. When i replied i dont know xyz. She said yes you know her. she did not introduce herself or the company shes calling from. So i asked whos calling? she replied shes from a photo company. In which I kindly asked to remove me from the calling list. She hung up. And i blocked the number. Cold spam calls. Weird she also knew my name! These fraudsters go the extra mile to find your name and number.

A very insisting lady tried to convince me that I registered for a free photo session which includes everything all the makeover and hairstyle, makeup and bubble tea (too good to be true). The only thing was that I had to pay a £25 reservation deposit, and she was insisting that I give her my card details over the phone "the same way as when you order a pizza". She asked me my date of birth, my post code (my registered bank card address). I asked her to send me an e-mail with the details so I can check what is this about. When I called it a scam she became very aggressive, saying that I should be ashamed of myself for calling this a scam, and she hung up the phone.

Told me I had applied on Facebook and I had been chosen to participate , but when he asked if I’d ever had a photo shoot I told him I’d had headshots taken before and he seemed taken aback by this. This rang alarm bells for me as I wouldn’t apply for photos from anyone less than a professional photographer who specialises in actors headshots. I then asked him to call back later and googled the number to find out it’s a scam. Have blocked the number but am expecting many other calls later today.

Guy called Omar stated that a male and female from mt area have recommemded me for their photo shoot service. I have never heard of the names given for this male and female who are suppose to have been friends of mine and recommended me.
