Unsolicited call - claimed I had ticked the box for renewal of car insurance - I don't own a car!! As such they had got my details & could claim up to £2575 for my minor car accident - never ever ever had one!! I did my little old lady voice & said that my solicitor was dealing with the fictionalcar accident & it wasn't enough money. Asked for their address & info that I could pass onto fictional solicitor & they could talk to each other. Said they were in London , I replied London's a big place & needed more info, that I wasn't internet savvy & that solicitor would contact them directly. They offered to call back at which point I used my own how dare you voice, do not call back, remove info from database & demanded to speak to manager. Told manager was one another call. Said I would report them as they lie to people & fail to give out perfectly valid information to those they call. I enjoy stringing these types of call out when I have the time otherwise I put phone down.

They called once on my mobile and I was told that My car had scratched another car and they would be claiming against me. But I have not had any accidents. They then called 2 hours later on my home phone and said they had guaranteed investments that would double my return. As a retired Financial Advisor I knew no reputable company would make a claim like that, so I finished the call
