The person on the other end of the phone claimed that our business (me, in particular) had agreed to sponsor an anti-bullying campaign that would go out to schools in our area and they needed to know what sort of info we wanted putting into the publication in recognition of our sponsorship. I have never agreed to sponsor anything like this and would even entertain agreeing to be a sponsor from a cold call. Today was the fourth time we've been called by this company and I've reported them on two of the four occasions.

Trying to get my money from a call that never happened in April. My call records show this. No written records. Just trying to get money saying we are going to print a magazine. I don't want to be a part of this. I told them no. Ended call on me.

rang at lunchtime and a woman with a northern accent asked for me by name. I said yes and the phone was slammed down. I guess they wanted confirmation and will be back! I had this advert scam for a police mag years ago and complained to the police who weren't interested that their name was being used in a scam and did nothing to stop it.

Same as the other comment, call thanking you for placing an advert in their Crime Prevention Booklet and asking for payment, profits to schools. Its a repeat of a very old scam from years ago. AVOID

AVOID THIS COMPANY. They start by thanking you for advertising in their anti crime booklet which is given out to schools etc. even tho you haven't advertised with them. Then they try to make you pay money. AVOID AVOID AVOID
