Avoid this company and definitely don't give them your card or bank details, tries to book home energy survey of the back of saying they can save you money on your energy bills, or you are owed a refund from welsh water, the survey costs £299. Your probably not owed anything and if you are you can ask your provider yourself for a refund. I believe this is also their number 01792 712090. Please if you get a call report it to your local Trading Standards and Telephone Preference Service. Lets put an end to companies like this.

Claimed to be able to refund £290 to my Mums account because of Water Rate over charges.They requested her bank details. DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY DETAILS! It does not matter that it is a FREE service, Be safe, phone your provider using a telephone number off one of your bills, or YOUR providers web site. Do NOT phone them back on a number they have given you, this could be a premium rate telephone number! Well done Mum, they didn't get her this time! Although they did the time before, so BEWARE, BE CAREFUL, be safe.

My elderly mother was contacted tonight and told Welsh Water had overcharged her by £100,and asked how she paid her bill.My mother questioned who they were exactly,and they kept wanting to know how the bill was paid,and if they could pay refund into her account.My mother kept asking who the were,and refused to give any details,so they eventually hung up.Very suspect.
