It's a recorded woman's voice asking if you have been involved in an accident. Ask to remove me from the list and said "OK" and hunged up.

A woman called Catherine Brady called me from this number, she asked if I had been in a car accident, when I said I hadn't she hung up. I then called back to make a complaint, asked for the superviser, the man I was speaking to the hung up on me. They were both extremely rude.

Standard call from someone asking me about a crash I apparently had. As usual, I acted as though the call was expected and asked them to hold the line whilst I went to get my book which has all the details relating to the incident in it. They waited 7 and a half minutes before hanging up - not even close to the record of 23 minutes. Poor efford. 4/10.

Yet again, a call re traffic accident injury. TPS seem to incapable of dealing with it. This behaviour is costing everyone a fortune in insurance premiums for fraud.We need to put more pressure on TPS.
