People did someone answer this London number? I had few missed calls from this one, probably some call centre robocaller testing my number? I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. I was trying to dig some info on the internet, don't want to call them back until I know who might be calling but no luck. Some idea who is it?

hi, i am from Lithuania. i had calls from number +44 20 3807 0307 2015 09 28 and 2015 10 01. i think it is cheating, because he/they calls only few seconds, you find missed call and he is waiting for recall. i think this phone number is charged with bigger taxes for incoming calls.
