A guy ADAM called stating he is from accounts department of British gas but didn't had any of my details correct when i found the number on google its a broker company and totally fraud dont even answer the call

She told me she was from British Gas then needed to know when my contract ended and the meter number. Said she could remove the standing charge from my account. Obvs not British Gas after all.

I first got angry on them but they dealt with me nicely and told that they are just showing me how can i save money when they showed me i really cant believe that i was paying too much rates so without charging me anything they just reduced my costs and made my utility cost half than before very nice services

Have had multiple unsolicited calls from this number to my long-obsolete business (now private) landline which a websearch traces back to an outfit called The Utilities Company.
