They sent a text saying my gp had made an appointment at a health (SMS) reported by Unhappy
Text sent from a do not reply number. Tells me I have had an appt booked by my gp tells me where and when but not what for There's a number given to phone for more info This has negative messages on it (though it does say I can contact a free service for help called the samaritans). It tells me how busy they are and that I can leave a number for call back. It misses out the first digit of number I'm calling from. I have option to leave a different number but have to include my country code so I do. Three call back requests left. They say an advisor will be with me as soon as possible. I don't believe this is genuine NHS but rather a group called omnes health care. If I look at their website it tells me doing thus means I've accepted their cookies too. Will keep trying for a call back. Text was anxiety provoking as appeared like a scam. Didn't mention they were private health contractor, appeared to be NHS in the text.

It's the NHS Patient Liaison service. They call you in regards to any health appointments you have so NOT a negative call!

Just received a voicemail from "Community Outpatients" telling me to call this number back. They left no name, but they did know my name. I called them back and the woman couldn't give me any details about what they did. I'm disgusted that there are people low enough to try to pass themselves off as doctors/medical staff (the woman that I spoke to was weasel enough to have already sold her own grand-mother).

This does appear to be a geniune NHS number.
I've just arranged an appointment for an ultrasound scan and this is the number they gave me to call if there any issues... It seems to work
