British Gas Contract Renewal (Unsolicited call) reported by Carole
Jay has telephoned several times claiming to be from British Gas and wanting us to renew our contract. Today I've asked for the prices in the email at which point he admitted working as an agent and not from British Gas. Still waiting for the email.

Said they were from EDF energy, gave all our details correctly to renew contract, was suspicious so called EDF who then said they had had a request from us (they hadn't) for a copy invoice this morning and that NO they hadn't called us for contract renewal. Indian speaking chap who sounded plausible - Do not fall for them!
