I don't normally answer numbers I don't know but was distracted! Like others described, very noisy environment and I could hardly hear her. Knew my name and when I said take my number off your records, she said I had entered my details in the website asking for more information about being a better trader. Of course I hadn't, and she kept saying 'stop shouting' (I had barely raised my voice) and 'calm down, calm down' as if I was in the wrong. I hung up.

Knew my name!? HOW??!! Very noisy background, the person had very poor English - I couldn't understand him (I work with adults with learning disabilities so can understand most people!) Took him a while to speak to me, I was about to hang up when I got a 'hello' back down the phone. Absolute nuisance especially as I was at work!
