Same as others, foreign accent claiming I should press 1 to return the call as I have important information awaiting me about the next lottery??? I have also registered with the telephone preference service so again, this caller has broken the law. I will be reporting this to them.

Recieved a call today from an automated voice with a foreign accent saying they were from the lottery and to press one to accept the call . This is not a lottery company so it must be some sort of scam .

A man with a Russian/Eastern European accent left a message on my answerphone. It said, 'Hi, you have an important call regarding the next lottery. Please press 1 to receive the call.' It sounds fishy. I did not return the call or press 1.

I also meant to say that my number is registered with the Telephone Preference Service not to receive unsolicited calls so the caller has broken the law.
