Indian sounding lady insisted that i had an outstanding PPI claim ... when i explained for the tenth time that i never had PPI she hung up ............

Received a call from this number claiming i had outstanding ppi from ge money of 5k. They sent me an email with an upfront fee to pay to progress with claim....yer right. Googled address and its an unoccupied building. very convincing telephone call and letter, be careful people

Lady said she was from Claims Assistance in Glasgow. Asked to speak to my husband. Told me his PPI case was initially refused but then passed to this company and they have secured him a refund amounting to over £4000. She broke down the numbers and sounded quite convincing. She knew my old address and my husband's name. She asked for my email address so that she could send me the paperwork. I told her that I would tell my husband and he would call her once he's checked out the company.
