i appreciate this company working for us and solved the problems time by time. i am enjoying my iphone x too much .. i dont know why person show negative remarks . i think they are different company agents and just to show the jealousy of the company .. i had take 7 contracts for me and my relatives so i dont have any complaints..

They said they were calling from carphone warehouse, but they had difficulty with the English language. There was an echo in the background as though they were calling from and empty location. After extensive conversation and then offering me the world of a good deal, I telephoned carphone warehouse and they confirmed that it was them and no one has been into my account for a year and that I’m not due an upgrade yet unless I pay over £300. I will be forwarding this to watchdog.

Told me that I could have an IPhone X on any network unlimited everything & they would sort out the network I was on to end my contract for me... LOL... and the line kept cutting out and I could hear a child in the background, so I hung up.

They pretended to be carphone warehouse and they will lower my mobile tariff. Surprisingly received a phone that was never in the new tariff. Contacted them and they said to mail it back at my cost and will get refund. Mailed it back and never heard from them again. Contacted CW who knew nothing about it. It's a scam where they use your details to steal a phone.

They are very orgenice and acting like carphone warehouse sels team offering phone deals unbelievable prices The danger is asking your personal information bank account..age ..addess etc. Even they send you deals by email ... Do not send ant personal information unless you know them sure ..
