pretend to be calling from our landline provider. To me, they are simply criminals/conmen/fraudsters & I don't understand why so many companies get away with this. They are our third this week.

This gentleman told me he was from a company called V4 telecoms and he was called Michael. He said he could give me a reduction on my phone bill. He knew my name and what phone company i was with. He then hung up when i started to ask him more questions.
