Insulation (Unsolicited call) reported by 31.127.133.xxx
Started by trying to establish home ownership and attempting to gain legitimacy by referring to a 'government database holding details of insulation and energy efficiency for the property'. Would not say what details were held or how it had been collected originally and would not say who the organisation he was working for was or from where it had obtained my phone number. Presumably a scam, or at best a clumsy attempt to sell insulation.

Recorded voice. About loft insulation. (Robocall) reported by 109.155.86.xxx
Recorded voice. Told me the loft insulation in my property was out of date and causing condensation. Asked if it was yellow and fluffy so I told him no it was red, pink and blue to which he replied that’s great. Definitely a scam. Also asked my age and when I stayed silent it went onto the next part of the call.
