Asked whether I had been in an accident, I had, a fatal one, when I questioned whether they were legit they put me through to a supervisor who started shouting " I can hear you laughing how f***ing dare you ware my time" I was not laughing and was traumatised by the call

Agent asked me to Confirm if me and partner were over age of 30. That partner had lived with me for more than a year. They told me I had won a resort holiday and that I would only need to pay for flights which they could help me book. When I said I was interested they said they were going to put me through to another team. I asked for an email confirmation to be sent to me and they said the only way they could confirm would be if they passed me through. I provided them with an email address and said that I wouldn't speak to them without an email confirmation and finished the call. No email has been received.
