Relentless phpne spammers calling me daily. Indonesian accent. Some scam about forex trading. Cant stop it. Only way was to add number to reject list.

I am also in South Africa and I have been receiving up to 12 calls a day from these people. They use an autodialler but I have spoken to at least 4 people requesting them to remove my number from their database. I don't know how I am going to get rid of this. All I am doing now is to answer the call and leave the phone so they are still paying for the call. Also people with strange accents.

I've received 7 calls from this number during the night and early morning (which is very annoying). When I answered, they remained silent. I called back thinking it could be work related, but all I got was an answering machine saying this number was out of service.

Exactly what happened to Marco, happened to me last night. They call between 9pm to 12:30am generally. I've tried to call back the number but says it's out of service. Weird thing is that the chick who called last night knew my surname...that's the creepy thing ! She sounds like she has a middle eastern accent, and there were also a number of voices in the background. Have simply set the +44 number to auto reject. Thanks for the posts everyone...and pls update if anyone knows what's going on.

I am in Canada and I have calls from this 442036958901 number about 2 to 3 times a week early in the morning. There was no answer when I answered it every time. However one time when I waited long enough, a guy spoke up and so I asked him not to call my number again. But I am still receiving calls in the morning from this number, so I just ignored it.
