Called twice, London accent male. Said that there was suspicious behaviour on a bank account and wanted to verify purchases. Then sent 3D secure code to try and authorise it. Do not give it as this will enable them to draw money from your account! Told them it was a scam and they hung up.

Tried to get me to repeat a phrase so they could reset my account as someone had tried to buy something for £500 on Amazon and they were just checking it was me. After i told the it was not me it all went very strange including asking me to confirm a reset code. I refused and he asked me to check the phone number...then I knew it was someone trying to scam me.

they ask to login on the website to reset the fraudulent device that has been added to your account. https://wise.manager-primary.com/ they fish your password and empty your account. they try to transfer all the money to UK 08-71-99 account 060957630. I stupidly logged in, but manage to reset the password before they could transfer the money.

This was a very believable call but because the do everything via text and email, I was suspicious. Guy with London accent seemed to now a bit about the account which he could have got from anyone I'd bought from - but there was something really dodgy. While I was on phone with him, I went onto TransferWise app and started messaging the real people, explianed what was going on. They confirmed it was a scam. I said this to the guy who then shouted "you were lucky, you were lucky" in a truly strange voice then hung up.

They said that someone was trying to do payments with my card, asked to confirm all my personal details and then they requested my password and I answered that no one should give it by the phone, and I request an email instead, they said no and I put the call off, didn't answered again as they kept trying

I tried to contact TransferWise under this phone number, they asked me all my personal details (two different E-mails, my telefon number, client number, etc.) which I provided, but nevertheless they could not "find" my data and tried to get even more information, which was really wired. I requested a proof from them to confirm their TransferWise identity, but they refused to give me any information. I just ended the call... I think they are scammers. Be careful!!!
