soooo runde and annoying multiple calls per day not answeting and then asking re accidents. Have requested several times that they delete my number. Still they call. Can we not sue this company errrgghhh!!!!

Constantly getting calls from this number, about one a day, for myself or my partner. I have tried everything to stop them. We are in France and mobile calls cost us 50p each. Does anyone know how they can be blocked?

Called my UK mobile when I was overseas - so in the middle of night. Claimed to be a survey following an accident that I had supposedly had (but didn't) When I asked more about who was calling, they claimed they did not understand the question. They eventually told me that they would remove my number from their database.

This is a classical pain in the a** of this century... Having an accident (either with car or other), your details (AND the phone number) is in the insurance company database - and some of the databases can be accessed by different companies - so it is not unusual that after having the accident a few different companies will call you with offer of money claim for it... But in most cases (like this one) this is just a fake.
