Hannah called me, very bad line and said please can you confirm if you've had a car accident in the last 2 or 3 years that wasn't your fault. I asked why, she asked me again 'can you please confirm if you've had a car accident in the last 2 or 3 years that wasn't your fault' I then questioned her again and said 'why do you need to know' at this point she got very stroppy with me and was extremely rude to me and said 'just answer the question please could you confirm that you've had a car accident in the last 2 or 3 years that wasn't your fault' I then replied saying 'if I'd have had a car accident you would of known about it wouldn't you' and she hung up at that point. Silly cow, I have now blocked the number.

Injury Claims Law - telling me I've been in an accident (Nuisance call) reported by


"hannah" called to tell me that I had been in a car accident. Told me she got my information from RTA (Road Traffic Accidents team). When I said No,she was misinformed, she said I definitely had an accident and maybe it was my car that had been in an accident. I hung up at that point because I realised a) it was recorded message that was responding to my answers and that b) they knew nothing because I dont even know how to drive.

I started to answer the questions with questions like "am I talking to a robot?" "what address?" "what accident?" "can I talk to a human being?" the robot then started to mix up, ask 3 questions at once and then disconnect. just play with them. it was fun :-D

Just rang me. Said I'd been in an RTA in last three years. I asked where they got my number and they said from police accident records. I said the caller is a liar and he hung up. I rang them back three times - because I wanted to p*ss them off - asking for their contact details. Each time I spoke to different person who gave names "John Alcohol", "Sam Walsh" and "Fark Hussain". Gave me different addresses for their main office (14, Tottenham Court Rd with three different postcodes one of which is in Wolverhampton). Each lied and lied a bit more. No Manager available to talk to and each hung up when I asked for their correct details. They are a pain in the bum!

I had a cold call from “Hannah” on 020 3634 9910 yesterday. It was an unsolicited marketing call claiming I had been involved in a recent car accident (which I had not). Online feedback sites suggest the number is the property of Injury Claim Law, 51 St Johns Street, London. The Telephone Preference Service (TPS) is the free official central opt out register on which you can record your preference not to receive unsolicited sales or marketing calls. It is a legal requirement that all organisations (including charities, voluntary organisations and political parties) do not make such calls to numbers registered on the TPS unless they have your consent to do so.
