A lady called and pretended that she was from my insurance. I queried where she was calling from and she advised 'SURE COVER' I told her that my insurance wasn't with them. She said that they were instructed by my insurer. I asked her my insurer were and she gave the wrong company. She because frustrated and irritable when I questioned her. I hung up when I confirmed that she wasn't who she had said that she was.

Asked if I had central heating then said she guessed my age as 30 - 40. When I said wrong she started to suggest other decades and I put the phone down.

Several calls from this number recently, some silent. Some asking for wrong name. Last two asked question about shopping at Sainsbury's. Last call 5 minutes ago had real American woman who was upset by my non-cooperation. She totally ignored suggestion she should not be calling tps registered numbers.

Rings daily - don't answer it. Even rang 18.15pm on Bank Holiday 28/3/16 ! A real pain. How can they be stopped? BT are doing nothing about it!

Cheeky as * when you speak to them - also couldn't understand her when I asked what company she was from - told her I'm registered with TPS but she said "I don't care" !!

This number seems to be used for a classical telemarketing, or it is a directly some general call centre. They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. In this case this range of numbers 020363497xx is mostly reported in connection with life insurance / accident claims (car accident chasers), block it. I have been using the ShouldIAnswer mobile application from these pages, works fine, can stop such calls and also a range of numbers (very useful for call centres). No problems.
