phoning my landline 4 or 5 times daily every week day we are x directory and registered with the tps service i have asked them to stop calling and remove my number from there list but they have not and continue to be a nuisance.

My number is ex dir so asked where they got it from. He said it was from the green database that is for all uk households. Told him to remove me from database, but he failed to understand.

The caller said they were in my area doing health and safety surveys of loft insulation on behalf of my energy company. I said I didn't believe them, as my energy company would have pre-warned me. They said ok and hung up.

Have spoken twice, on both occasions they hang up when you try to explain that nothing is 'free'. First time the morally bankrupt man asked why I cared if someone else was paying. the second time, a woman who when asked if she understood economics said she was very busy and hung up. I would suggest that everyone answer and when offered loft inspections they just say 'nothing in life is free' and hang up - these pests might just get the message!

they say they at doing survey FOC for spores in your roof - was told that they have been asked to do the survey by the NHS?? don't bother with them block the number

They knew my name and postcode. Wanted to carry out energy survey. I asked caller why thy were phoning as I was on TPS and he said I would be deleted from the data base.

Seems to be some London call center, I can see more similar numbers (all the same range 20363495xx, just last 2 digits different) reported here already - all the same, robocallers, nuisance calls, road accident claims (PPI). No idea who is behind it, they left no message, no VM. I really don't answer unknown numbers, tried to dig some info about this number first on internet, but no luck so far. People did someone answer it?

Answered two calls from this number today (left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing)! They announced that they are a company called Thermogen and are asking home owners if they are interested in a loft insulation inspection (FOC for a report that would take their inspector around 40 minutes to carry out). Caller listed some insulation products as being unhealthy and causing problems like Asthma etc... I presume the inspection will lead to a sales pitch to sell you one of their 'safe' products (just guessing :-) ). Looked for the company name on internet and the only one like it that was showing was Thermo-Gen and surprise, surprise when you click on the link there's no website. Scam I reckon.
