Following your accident, Has your car repaired to your satisfaction, then comes the do you want to claim script. what's even worse, is that they know your name! BIG companies need to STOP selling your details to these parasites! Only 1 has mine and the only "Xtra Help" they have done is give my contact details out. Follow the money!!

insurance claim.they suggested false information should be submitted regarding injuries after a collision I was involved in,to be able to receive £1500 in compensation. I was 100% by the way.

Noisy background, like he was in the street (even though the line is a landline number) Claimed he was calling about my legal claim for an accident (Never been on one). Knew my name. I asked where he got my info, said from RBS Ltd (limited?? :) and explained how they are a group of 25 insurance companies who he works on behalf of.. I asked what the company was again and his name and he said 'thank you, goodbye' and hung up. - Steve

They want your details so they can claim for injuries that you've had because of a car accident. They know nothing about your accident but tell you you'll get a minimum of £1500. Very polite and use words like law and legal so you'll be drawn in to it, they'll do all the work they say. They just want your details. They hang up on you when you say you weren't in the car, no goodbye no explination. Ask yourself why they want you to give fraudulent details...they are only interested in what they can get out of it and encourage you to say you suffered an injury....your the one committing fraud if you do it not them and everyones insurance goes through the roof as a result.

The company claims first I have suffered an accident then tried to claim someone in my household did after being informed I have never been involved in an accident. Then claimed we provided details to them for them to call. This is a scam company to get people to commit fraud on their behalf to make their company money.
