Human voice hardly recognisable because of massive echo of my own voice on line. The caller did not accept that I did not have the time to take his call while at work, and just carried on with his script from whatever organisation he pretended to act on behalf of. It was not anything that I ever heard of or had any dealings with. I just hung up. However, just an hour later the same number has already called again. Pretty obnoxious.
