Phoned me and INSISTED my name was who they had on the system The guy had the wrong address and when I asked to be removed from the system, he said he hasn't explained why he's calling (which he did) I then said I wasn't who he thought I was and he shouted "Why didn't you tell me that at the start". Well Mr, you didn't give me the chance. He asked if xxxx xxxx was available. I asked who was calling and he proceeded to read his script. Rudely hung up after I requested removal from the system 3 or 4 times.
