Answered, they fumbled with the phone and then said (half asleep) that he was calling from 'Microsoft Technical Services' said he was talking out of his **** (they're called 'Technical Support' and their number is 020 8124 5782) He hung up. Scam call.

Called me saying he is from Microsoft and that they had detected issues in my system and that they want to help me fixed them. Wanted me to proceed and follow steps on my computer, most likely to remotely connect or get info that could compromise my security. Don't answer, waste of time.
