No you don't respect privacy at all and you clearly do cause people problems. You are skirting the confines of the law by virtue of the people working on your behalf - people who refuse to communicate properly, refuse to identify who they represent, and make THREATS to people over the phone! Get this through your thick skull: it is YOUR responsibility not to SPAM our phones lines ad infinitum - not our responsibility to opt out of some crap we neither want nor need. However the law is paying particular interest in your organisation, including the way you conduct your affairs. Stuff you.

Next time they ring, repeat what the previous caller said to you, and at the end say the call they made this time was a) recorded, b) sent to the police and OFCOM, and c) Do they have anything to say to their You Tube audience? This number is becoming a REAL issue in our household and I will be contacting offcom and trading standards, we have records of being phoned 10 times every evening, when we answer, the line goes dead! Lal - please, get this bitch recorded. I'm using this term of reference because these people are ringing up my elderly relative several times a day, refusing to even be civil. That relative is ill; he doesn't need this in his life and these calls are making it worse. It seems quite apparent people like 'Grievance Cell Verso Group' know what they're doing, they know they are breaking the law, and all they're interested in is profit, and damage limitation.
