Pure scammers...beware it's a company called H2recruit. Unsolicited nuisance calls asking to speak to the MD with absolutely no respect.

Ask yourself these questions; Is the top sales person from one of your direct competitors looking to move within the industry a sensitive matter? Is it a matter that would most likely be the Sales Director's or Managing Director's responsibility? Moreover, if you're a under-performing sales person and you understand this is what the call is about, would you be inclined to put it through? Stop being jobsworths and making decisions that are way above your head, put the call through to the person in question and let them do their job and make these business critical decisions. Because of your actions instead of these top sales people benefiting your organisation they are now taking business away from you as they are employed by your competitor because they did put the call through.

This guy called Dean Saunders of H2 Recruitment - again like all other comments saying he's had a meeting with our competitor and has sensitive information - have told 3 times my manager doesn't want this call and does not want to speak with him and yet he still keeps calling getting a right pain in the rear!!!

I have just had this chap on the phone wanting our MD, same excuse as above, and got very aggressive and rude with me when I would not give him details and said I would not pass his message on as he would not give me any further information - he told me to do my job as a PA and pass his message on - please do not give him the time of day!

a guy called saying that he absolutely had to speak with Sales Director as he had sensitive information regarding our Sales Team, wouldn't give any other details.

Someone from a company called H2 (Telemarketer) reported by H2
This chap called 4 times asking to speak to the Sales Director of our company saying he had important information about one of our competitors. 3 members of staff told him we were not interested but each time he kept calling back.

exactly the same as the comment above, rang asking for sales director, or MD, terribnle approach, clearly a scam, said just got out of meeting with competitor, highly sensitive info available, how rediculous, come up with a better pitch!!! Dont give them five minutes...
