Foreign guy asking for our director, when I told him he wasn't here & that he should call back he began talking over me asking question after question rather than explaining the reason for the call. For this reason I hung up, he tried calling back but I have since blocked the number.

This number called my place of work, I answered he phone with the company name and they just hung up. When I called the number back I had the automated recording of 'This number has not been recognised'. Double checked the number I had dialed and it is the correct number as listed ot the top of the page. Other phone number checking websites have this number 'upvoted' but with no actual information as to what it is, which leads me to believe it might be a cold calling number.
