They asked me by my first name. (Telemarketer) reported by


I was suspicious because I didnt recognise the name. I asked them who they were and they said They were from Crystal solutions "How was I doing today?" that phrase immediately means to me that someone's trying to sell me something so put the phone down. Tried calling them but disconnected. I don't know where they got my number and more worryingly first name as I always opt out and my number is on that no calls list.

Wanted to know whether I had debts of over £8000 (Nuisance call) reported by


The woman said that she was calling from Crystal Solutions, not to sell me anything but to tell me about a Government initiative which could help me with my debts. I asked where she obtained my number as I'm registered with TPS. She said that it didn't count because she wasn't selling me anything. I asked her about my 'debts' and she asked me whether I had debts of over £8,000. I laughed and said that I wasn't giving out any financial information over the phone, and she replied that there was no need to be sarcastic and she was only doing her job. I said I'm not being sarcastic, I'm being polite, and she hung up.
