As before, I don't say a word when picking up the phone. Genuine callers will ask for me by name, this bunch just hang up. Today it was this number, yesterday it was 02039 313 517 I am sick to the back teeth of being disturbed by these people multiple times per day.

Couldn't give me a number to call them on, nor a website, nor a UK company registration number. Asked to speak to 'Bia's supervisor - she would not transfer me until I told her whether I was on benefits. I told her I would not tell her that - personal information. Wanted to speak to a supervisor but no luck. Tempted to say 'yes' just to get through to a supervisor - but decided not in case that just lead to even more calls!!! These guys are calling every couple of days.

Immediately started selling to me by saying if I was on benefits I could get a boiler. I said I wasn't on benefits and would be contacting the TPS - My number is registered but they still called.

Such a nuisance to have to answer these people who do not identify themselves, but continuously ring. Rang the number back and it indicated it was a marketing call but did not give the facility to leave a message, again a waste of time and money. My telephone number is registered with TPS and they still continue to do this. Why can the regulators not put a stop to this by finding out who the number belongs to and fining them!

Exactly the same experience. We are registered with TPS but get daily silent calls or automated messages asking us to complete a survey if we're on benefits and did we know we might be eligible for a new boiler. I wait until the end of the call and press option 9 to be removed from their call list. They call again the next day. This has been going on for at least a month.
