Scottish accent, claiming to be calling from Microsoft. When I asked where in Microsoft, claimed to be calling on behalf of "Microsoft's cloud division". Asking what plans I have for the coming year, so he can help connect me with Microsoft partners to deliver the projects we need. "As you know, Sir, Microsoft do not deal direct with their customers, so I will **** your needs to tender and find the partner who will give you those services at a lower cost", yadda yadda yadda. If you want lots of marketing calls, go ahead and give him all the details about your company's plans. If you do not want lots of marketing calls, tell him nothing.

'Unique telecoms company, not a 3rd party' blah blah. Trying to get our business to sign up with him. Best just to hang up, tried to be nice and say we were in a long term contract and was met with lots more questions. We are on the TPS but still doesn't stop them calling.

Called saying was from Microsoft and trying to get information on our company IT projects. Refused to give info to someone for whom i could not verify the authenticity. I really hate it when people say they are calling from somewhere like Microsoft, O2 and actually they are trying to get information they can then use to market you.

Called our main reception number, was passed through to me as a rep from "Stone Computers", who we have worked with in the past so no real reason not to take the call. Very pleasant Scottish lady, asking if we were looking for any desktops/laptops for the Summer (I work in School IT) Was after some basic details, but I got suspicious when they wanted to clarify contact details but didn't actually have any on record to read off for me to verify - when challenged said "Oh, I'm just customer services, I don't have access to that kind of details". What kind of customer services doesn't have access to basic contact details and addresses for the people they're contacting? Started to get suspicious at that point so wrapped up the conversation. No unpleasantness, just typical clandestine sales behaviour, and very doubtful they were from Stone Computers at all.

Our exchange offers department choices through a menu system and they chose IT. However they rang off when the call was diverted to another extension. Unlike a previous commenter, I don't think this is a London number. I think the 0203 (rather than 0207 or 0208) means the number is allocated through IP telephony. Either way they're selling.

This number should be a landline from London - I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... Does someone have some experience with this one? Was trying also different formats of this number, but no luck. On the other hand I am not the only one searching for this number as can be seen from different pages... Does anyone know who might be calling?
