They are called Hedgestone, and are a financial services company trading Binary Options. They are based in Belize, Central America, and use Payment Services in Norwich NR3 1YE, UK and also in Gotse Delchev, Bulgaria. When trying to unsubscribe from further spam mails I found this information written at the very bottom of the email.

This number calls me on a regular daily basis, at least 3-4 times a day trying to get me to take out a loan etc given I am in financial difficulty this is very upsetting
